InsightWorks officially announced the appointment of Edwin Song as Executive VP, Business Strategy on January 18th. He will be in charge of the company’s marketing planning and product development.
Edwin has an amazing 20+ years career in the China market research business. In his early career, he was responsible for client development in Nielsen and managing the Shanghai business as Managing Director in Added Value. Subsequently, Edwin also took on leadership roles on product capabilities and business start-up in Synovate, Ipsos and MetrixLab.
Missionary at heart and visionary in mind, Edwin has infinite passions in shaping market research. His enthusiasm and passion is anchored with uncompromising professionalism, making clients and colleagues naturally drawn to him and his endeavors. Edwin has won multiple awards including both team and individual award during his service in Coca-Cola, Oracle Added Value, ACNielsen, etc.
